Our story

VÉLEZ was founded in 2019 by Nataly Vélez.

Originally from Argentina, I came to Ibiza eager to discover new paths. Here, I found pastry making to be a way to create, express myself and share.

That's how VÉLEZ began: a passion that gradually grew into a project filled with excitement, dedication and love.

We create handcrafted, bespoke pastries, paying attention to every detail so each creation is unique and makes every celebration even more special.

We're inspired by handmade, thoughtful and distinctive creations. We love hearing your ideas, discovering the story behind each occasion and turning it into a sweet treat made especially for you.

For us, every sweet treat is much more than a dessert: it's a little part of a story, made to become part of yours.
